RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY


NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR VERSATILE SHAWL?

WE WILL ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE INVOICE DATE FOR A FULL REFUND
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

  • All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered.
  • All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact sales@shawldawls.com. Information on where to ship your return will be provided when the RA# is issued.
  • Merchandise must be purchased from shawldawls.com. We are unable to process any shawldawls.com returns that were purchased at a retail store.
  • Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable after an item has shipped.
  • Shawl Dawls is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We suggest you ship your return insured and in a traceable manner.
  • Your original form of payment will be refunded for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
